Wellness can be broadly defined as “the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.” [Dictionary.com]
Being “well” means something different to everyone. We need to channelize our energies in order to achieve a holistic wellness. As we work toward achieving our daily routine tasks, we sometimes fail to recognize and pay attention to all of the factors that play a crucial role in our well being.
This does not mean there is a lack of motivation in you, there is only lack of awareness. You just need to be enough self aware to recognize it and understand your “self as well as your surroundings”.
